Terms of use
Last updated: July 2026
Workworthy is free to use, and using it means you're okay with the terms below. We've kept them short and readable on purpose — the most important one comes first.
Information, not advice
This site presents government data — mainly Jobs and Skills Australia's Occupation Shortage List — alongside our own analysis, which we label as ours wherever it appears. All of it is general information only. It is not career advice, financial advice, education advice, or migration advice, and it isn't tailored to your situation.
Choosing a career, a course, or a move is a big call. Before you act on anything you read here, check the official sources (we link to them), and talk to people qualified to advise on your specific circumstances — a career adviser, a registered training organisation, or for migration matters, a registered migration agent or lawyer.
About the data and our analysis
Shortage ratings belong to Jobs and Skills Australia and reflect a point in time. Our own reads — like the "harder for AI to replace" signal — are editorial judgment, clearly labelled, and not predictions or guarantees. Demand shifts, pay varies by employer and region, and no data set can promise how any career will turn out.
No warranties
We work hard to keep the site accurate and current, but we provide it "as is". We don't warrant that the information is complete, error-free, or up to date at the moment you read it, or that the site will always be available.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that can't lawfully be excluded; where liability can't be excluded but can be limited, it's limited to resupplying the information.
Fair use
You're welcome to read, share, and link to anything on this site. Don't scrape it into a competing product wholesale, misrepresent our analysis as the government's, or use the site for anything unlawful.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The legal footing
Workworthy is operated by 12 Foot Giant (ABN 42 675 096 107). These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes belong to the courts of Queensland.
